Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are made in accordance with the following conditions, which the buyer agrees in all its parts, unless changes are made in writing and by mutual agreement.

2. The goods are delivered from our company to the transport company adequately protected concerted. The buyer should check at the time of delivery, this has been delivered in good condition. No returns or claims will be accepted after the deadline of 24 hours of receiving the product. The recipient must make a complaint to our company if there is any impact on delivery.

3. The prices of all our products are including VAT and transport included for the Spanish Peninsula. The freight rates for export outside the Peninsula will be determined by our company agreement with the user. The user, before making any purchase, you should contact our company for price fixing of transport depending on country of destination of our products.

4. The listed prices are subject to changes that occur by laws on labor, raw materials, energy, taxes, changes in the official exchange  rate of the currency, etc.

5. Prices for those items sold by the company, not of their own making, may be varied without editing a new rate, the change always respond to increases or decreases that occur at source.

6. Delivery times for custom-made items or special, always counted from the acceptance of the price. INNOVACIONES BELLOREN is detached from any responsibility for late delivery in case of strikes, transportation delays, lack of data necessary for performance, force majeure, etc.

7. Not accept any returns of merchandise that has not previously been authorized and agreed between you and the company.

8. Sent all of our items until payment of the same card or bank transfer if the delivery time counted from the  payment  of  product / s.
